SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states using USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to over 200 countries and territories worldwide.

DHL Express — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) All applicable duties, import taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout. This means:

  • The total price at checkout includes all duties and import taxes
  • You will NOT be charged any additional fees upon delivery
  • No surprise costs when your package arrives
  • Faster customs clearance

We use Harmonized System (HS) codes and accurate product information to calculate duties as precisely as possible. In rare cases where actual customs charges differ from our estimates, we absorb any additional costs.

USPS International — Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) Duties and taxes are NOT collected at checkout. Customs fees may be charged to the recipient upon delivery by your local customs authority. Delivery times vary by destination.

We recommend DHL Express for the smoothest international shipping experience.

Tracking All orders include tracking information. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic (US): 3-7 business days
  • International: 5-10 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at carbonhoneyoil@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
